Kayla Smith
Ph.D. Student, Planetary Sciences
Kayla is a Ph.D. student in planetary sciences at the Lunar and Planetary Laboratory at the University of Arizona. She earned her B.S. in Environmental Engineering from Central State University. She is broadly interested in the atmospheres of brown dwarfs and exoplanets as well as science policy and diplomacy. Kayla enjoys reading, spending time with her family, and playing with her cat, Jack.
